The Bread Pie

 Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Today I will show you how to make a simple bread pie. Easy snack for your break or breakfast. Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

  • Ham (ハム) 1 slice ~10 Baht
  • Egg   ( ) 1 eggs ~ 3 Baht
  • Bread (パン) 4 slices ~ 10 Baht
  • Tuna Spread (ツナスプレッド) 2-3 tablespoons ~ 10 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(),Pepper(胡椒),Mayonnaise(マヨネーズ)] ~  6 Baht

Total cost = 39 Baht

 

2. Cut the edge of the bread out

 

3. Roll on bread as flat as possible

4. Make a scrambled egg. Add some salt and pepper.


5. Place scrambled egg on flat bread.

 

6. Put ham on top.

 

7. Add tuna spread and mayonnaise.

 

8. Making pie lid with another flat bread. Sealing it well.

9. Baking in air fryer using 220 Celsius for about 5 minutes.

10. Finally you got a simple crispy bread pie !! Enjoy !!

Onion Soup

 Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Today I will show you an easy recipe of Onion Soup. Good dish for the breakfast. Let's see ..."

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

  • Onion (タマネギ) 1 big onion ~10 Baht
  • Rice Bran Oil (米ぬか油) 2-3 table spoons ~ 3 Baht
  • Milk (牛乳) about 100 ml ~ 10 Baht
  • Ginger Powder(ジンジャー・パウダ) 1 teaspoon ~ 1 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(),pepper(胡椒)] ~  2 Baht

Total cost = 26 Baht

2. First, peel and cut the onion into little pieces.

 

3. Next fry onion with rice bran oil using low or medium heat.

4. Keep stir them until it was turned brown colour.

 

 

5. Add water and ginger powder. Keep boiling it.

 

6. When onion was soft then pour milk in. Add salt and pepper. Just boiling for a while and then turn of the heat.

 

7. Here there are !! The Onion Soup for your breakfast. Enjoy !!

The Rice Bread

 Ataya ~ "Hi there !! I just found a recipe about making bread by using rice. So, I tried making it and I will show you the process. It's texture not quite like the normal wheat flour bread but I think it can possibly replaceable for people who may allergy to the wheat. Let's see...  "

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

  • Rice (お米) 1 cup ~5 Baht
  • Rice Bran Oil (米ぬか油) 2-3 table spoons ~ 3 Baht
  • Instant Yeast(インスタントイースト) 1 teaspoon ~ 1 Baht
  • Baking Powder(ベーキングパウダー) 1 teaspoon ~ 1 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(),Sugar(砂糖)] ~  5 Baht

Total cost = 15 Baht

2.First soaking rice in drinking water for about one night.

 

2. Then put wet rice into the blender. Add sugar,salt,instant yeast,baking powder and rice bran oil.

3. Blending time !!

 

4. Blending until you got the smoothie that smooth like a butter.

 


5. Put the smoothie into the bread mold and wait about 1-2 hours.

6. Then put them in air fryer. Pour little bit of water over the top. Using 160 Celsius baking them for about 10 minutes and then set to 220 Celsius and baking about 5-8 minutes or until you got the brown surface bread.

 

7. Finally you got the Rice Bread !! Enjoy !! (I suggest you to eat it while it's warm or it will get harder when it got cool and not fluffy as when it was just bring from the oven)

[Thai Food] Massaman Chicken Curry

Ataya ~ "Happy New Year 2024 !! Today I will show you how to make the Thai's Massaman Chicken Curry, some said it is the most delicious curry in the world. For my recipe, I couldn't acquire all spice. So, I used as much as I can find. Let's see ..."

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Chicken Meat (鶏肉 ) about 200 gram ~ 30 Baht
  • All dried spices(乾燥スパイス) [ginger powder,cinamon powder,clove,caraway,cardamom,coriander seed,dried chilli]  ~ 20 Baht
  • All fresh herbs (フレッシュハーブ) [garlic,red onion,lemongrass] ~ 5 Baht
  • Coconut Milk (ココナツミルク) 250 ml ~ 20 Baht 
  • Peanut (ピーナツ) about 30 gram ~ 3 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(),Fish Sauce(ナムプラー),Shrimp Paste(エビペースト) ,palm sugar(パームシュガー),Tamarind Water(タマリンドジュース)] ~  5 Baht

Total cost = 83 Baht

 

2. First smash all dried spices in mortar. Keep it out when everything powdered.

 

3. Next smash all fresh herbs.

 

4. Add shrimp paste in.

 

5. then bring all smashed dried spices back and mixing them well.

 
6. Now you got the paste to make the curry.

 

7. Using medium heat to boil coconut milk until the oil is separated from the milk.


8. Bring the curry paste in and stir fry it well.

 

9. Keep stir it until it became one with the coconut milk.

10. Then bring the chicken in. Frying them for a while.

 

11. Pour some water. put red onions in and keep boiling them.

 

12.  Add more coconut milk.

 

13. Seasoning with palm sugar.

 

14. Spread some cinnamon powder.

 

15. Add little bit of tamarind water. The curry is taste salty and sweet but just has a little sour taste.

 

16. Then seasoning with fish sauce.

 

17. Peanut time !!

 

18. Now you got the Massaman Chicken Curry but it will taste better if you keep them in refrigerator for about one night.

 

19. Next day just warming the curry and Enjoy !! Aroi !!
